How it works
- You write to the studio to ask for a place. One line is enough.
- You get a message when a place opens up, with the app to install. It downloads from the Play Store, like any other.
- You use it for two weeks, normally, in your everyday life. No need to test methodically.
- You tell me how it went, by email, in two lines or in two pages, whichever you prefer. What helped, what was missing, what annoyed you.
- You get a code that gives you the Lazy Mind app of your choice, for life.
What useful feedback looks like
« Great app » tells me nothing. Three or four lines are enough, if they say:
- what you were trying to do when you installed the app;
- what worked, with a precise example rather than an impression;
- what annoyed you, even a small thing;
- who you would recommend it to, and who you would not.
Critical, argued feedback helps me more than enthusiastic, vague feedback. If something is wrong, say so.
What happens to your address
It is used to keep you a place and to write to you, nothing else. It is passed to nobody, goes into no mailing list, and is deleted at the end of the test if you do not want to take part in the next ones. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time by writing to contact@lazy-mind.com.
Frequently asked questions
If the app is already out, what am I for?
Making it better. Real use is where the problems nobody had seen show up.
Do I need to know about computers?
No, quite the opposite. The most useful feedback comes from people who use the app knowing nothing about it and get stuck on something.
How long does it take?
The time you would have spent on the app anyway, plus ten minutes to write your feedback.
Can I test several apps?
Yes, as places allow each time. The free app stays one app, however many tests you take part in.
What if I cannot see it through?
That is fine and there is nothing to justify. A quick word to say so is enough.
Which phones?
Android only. The studio's apps do not exist on iPhone.
